Title:
LinkedIn Engagement: Connecting to Opportunities Through your Online Presence and Offline Relationships
Project Focus:
RockStar Consulting would guide the various marketing rotation participants as they develop their confidence and understanding of the value in using social media and LinkedIn to share messaging for personal branding and other professional purposes. Because of the interconnected nature of the modern business world, it’s important for them to be able to create and maintain relationships as they move throughout Dell. At the same time, this knowledge will help them excel in their individual roles and create better results with their external networks of customers and partners.
Instead of being nervous and unsure when building business relationships online and offline, participants would be better able to harness platforms like LinkedIn to communicate with their networks and share the Dell message.
While starting strategically, we would also help the participants dive deeper and execute these ideas on a tactical level. We would provide them the context for their personal brand and digital interaction, and then give them specific approaches they can take to share their message and the Dell brand. Using the LinkedIn profile as a starting point, we would help them develop their LinkedIn connection strategy and look at ways to share content with their network in a way that leads to better market recognition and business opportunities
