It was great chatting and it sounds like 2022 has been quite the ride for you and the team.

Advanced Sales Skill Development Cohort (Group Coaching)
- Continue with the bi-weekly group coaching sessions for the team to continue to build and reinforce skills and activities:
- Provide individuals with accountability checkpoints
- Use their annual and quarterly goals to determine weekly and monthly activity focus
- Work on outreach cadences and strategies
- Develop value-building and closing skills
- Integrate new team members into organizational processes
- Continue to encourage team members to contact me as a sales coach outside of sessions.
- (E.g., conference planning and tactics, cadence questions, LinkedIn feedback)
- The goal is to reinforce best practices and move each contributor to higher performance through increased opportunities and increased conversion of those opportunities.

- Create a sales playbook that contains outreach materials, sales collateral, and other appropriate processes and systems:
- Used by existing teammembers and new hires
- Creates a shared repository of best practices which allows for easier training and on-going management
- Built to allow for personalization and for evolution.
- This becomes a living document that all sales teammembers can pull from.
