LinkedIn Strategy and Execution Proposal for the eSentire Recruiting Team

Hi Becky and Scott,

I wanted to put together a program that we could use to help your team leverage their LinkedIn presence more effectively and get more bang for their buck with the Recuiter seats that you have.  I think it would also help you build stronger brands to appeal to passive candidates as well as position yourselves as an employer of choice during the “Great Reshuffle”.

There are two key elements to leveraging LinkedIn beyond the direct job posting and candidate outreach: LinkedIn presence/brand (specifically the profiles of your recruiting team) and LinkedIn engagement with posting and conversations.

Engagement Scope:

We could put together a 3-part digital webinar program that would support the team in these areas:

Session #1 – Develop Your Brand to Leverage the Profile 

This session would build on the work we’ve done on the sales side to create the eSentire LinkedIn Profile Template.  It would be a working session where we would help the team bring in appropriate employee brand messaging as well as their own personal brand to create a robust presence that attracts candidates to opt-in.

Session #2 – LinkedIn Engagement 

This session looks at how the team can regularly engage with their network on LinkedIn through content curation, content development, and regular commenting conversations.  More importantly, we look at how to create processes that enable them to get maximum return for a small time investment.

Session #3 – Opportunities and Questions 

This last session is guided by the questions and opportunities that pop up during the first two sessions – and more importantly – between the sessions.  This “ask me anything” time is for the team to dig in to the real world situations that they encounter.

These three webinars are between 60-75 minutes each, and are usually held every two weeks so that the team can implement what they learn between sessions.

 

Investment:

Because of the work I’ve already done with the sales side, and because this is a smaller team, the investment for this program would be $3500.
