LinkedIn Strategy and Execution Proposal – ABC-Amega

Hi Krista,

It was great chatting with you last week.  Thanks for sharing all of the great work that you are already doing to support the ABC-Amaega team on social and LinkedIn.

As we discussed, my work not only provides the skillsets and toolsets that your leadership and business development teams need to succeed on LinkedIn, but the mindset shifts that are required.  Giving your team an outside perspective is often key to helping them move forward in their adoption.

I think there would be two main opportunities to help support the work you are already doing:

The first would be around developing and integrating the ABC-Amega brand message into the team’s LinkedIn profiles.  There is a big opportunity to bring important language and messages into their profiles in a way that supports their customer-facing conversations and business development efforts.  Each time a prospective customer or partner looks at a profile, it’s either building the brand or pulling people away.

The second would be to help with engagement training that enables and supports the team as they post content and engage with their networks on LinkedIn.  The goal would be to reinforce the work you are already doing to post content on the Company Page and individual profiles.  This would help them learn how to add to that work by posting their own content and engage with their connections on LinkedIn.

Engagement Scope:

The goal is to help the team:

  • Create LinkedIn messaging that is aligned and cohesive with the broader Western messaging.
  • Develop LinkedIn Profiles that share both a personal and the organization brand.
  • Share best practices on active engagement to strengthen relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.

We can customize the program to support your goals, but here’s what a full program would look like:

Phase 1:

  • LinkedIn Profile Messaging Template Development
    • We interview key leaders and review existing material to create a LinkedIn profile template
    • This template that can be used by current and future teammembers to develop their LinkedIn profiles
    • The template comes in both pdf and word versions for easy sharing and updating
  • LinkedIn Company Page Review and Update suggestions
  • Three (3) One-on-One Profile Optimization Coaching Sessions for key leaders
    • You can pick which individuals to get this one-on-one support
    • This is ideal for leaders who are bought into digital and want to model it for the organization

Phase 2:

  • Profile Optimization Training:
    • 90-minute virtual training webinar (open-laptop) where we go through best practices and the template to help
      attendees optimize their individual profiles.
    • Additional follow-up webinar (60-minutes) 1 week later to answer all attendee questions.
    • All attendees will receive a digital copy of Networking in the 21st Century on LinkedIn.
    • Attendees will receive a digital Certificate of Completion denoting their Optimized LinkedIn Presence
    • Up to 25 seats available

Phase 3:

  • LinkedIn Engagement and Social Selling:
    • 90-minute virtual training (open-laptop) focused on best practices for prospect and client engagement and
      dynamic brand development.
    • Additional follow-up webinar (60-minutes) 1 week later to answer questions.
    • Attendees will leave with additional templates and editorial calendar to schedule their activity to create, curate, and share organizational content.
    • Attendees will receive a digital Certificate of Completion denoting their LinkedIn Engagement Training
    • Up to 25 seats available

Investment:

The entire program, including custom LinkedIn profile template, Company Page review, One-on-One Sessions, and Profile and Engagement training is 7,500.

We can also provide various phases of the program individually if they would fit with larger initiatives that you are working on.  This would allow you to focus on specific needs as you see them.  Let me know if this is a direction you would like to explore and I can share pricing.
